This Privacy Policy describes how Influentizer ("we", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information related to the use of the Influentizer app for Android and the influentizer.com website (together, the "Platform"). We are committed to transparency and security, respecting the privacy of all users and complying with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018) in Brazil, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) for users located in the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent state laws for users located in the United States.

The Influentizer app displays advertising provided by third-party advertising networks. These partners may collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, and data about the user's interaction with the ads for personalization and measurement purposes.

Changing your consent: your choice is stored on the device and can be changed at any time by opening this Privacy Policy page within the app, where the "Change advertising settings" button will be available for users in applicable regions. Alternatively, the user may reinstall the app to reset all choices.

We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include in-transit encryption (HTTPS), internal access controls, and monitoring. No system is entirely immune to risks, and users should keep their devices updated and protected.
The Influentizer app is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents. If we become aware of inadvertent collection, the data will be deleted. Legal guardians who identify the use of the app by a minor under their custody may request deletion through the contact channels.
Some of our partners (including Google and Unity) are located outside Brazil and the European Union. International data transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by law, including Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable adequacy decisions.
The site and the app may contain links to external platforms, brands, or materials. We have no control over the privacy policies of third-party sites, and we recommend reviewing them individually before interacting with those pages.
